Good question, sorry I have no answer, but that information would be usefull.
I have not seen that info in any of the tables. The only thing I see is a field in the Documents table; LockDomain, LockPath, and LockViewID which is the GUID of the local view. Just speculation, but I am guessing that this information is passed in the communication between the client and the server. A user checks out a file on a computer; the local view path, GUID, and computer name info is sent to the server so it can modify the Documents table for that document record.
I dont think a loaction is save in sql table.but this makes a good SPR.As this feature can help us to see what clients are installed on what machine.
I am wondering, why are we asked for ID and Password when we try to delete a local view.only to show cheked out file?
