I'm trying to simulate a bolt stud going through a bolt holes in a square tube (see images below).  When I run the simulation with component contacts specifying all bodies in the assembly, the studs simply "fly through" the square tube and the software doesn't "see" any interaction between stud and tube.  I tried applying contact sets of no penetration between the stud faces and the edges of the bolt holes in the square tube (they are edges because I've made the square tube a shell element), but I get a message saying something to the effect of surface edges can't be used for no penetration contact sets. I've created a global no penetration, as well, but still get the studs passing right through the tube during the analysis.  Anyone know how to create a no penetration boundary condition between a shell edge and a solid body?
