I encountered something unusual today. I was reviewing a part from a customer, and noticed that their coordinate system is oriented different than what mine normally is.

My coordinate system looks like the following picture when viewed from the default isometric orientation.

From the same orientation, the model I'm reviewing has the following coordinate system.

I don't see any coordinate system features within the model, so I was wondering how would someone go about modifying the axes in a part or assembly file?
