Hello,

We have had an issue for sometime now and unfortunately it looks as though Solidworks is at a loss. The Archive server is having problems replicating, yet "On Demand" replication works fine until the replication schedule attempts to run. At this stage even "On Demand" replication doesnt work until the Archive service is restarted. Please note that when attempting to restart the service it hangs and we have to end the process within Task Manager, then start the service.

Attached is 1 of 100+ errors within the Event Viewer located under "ConsioArchiveServerLog". We have done quite a bit in troubleshooting these issues, here are just a few I can think of so far.

1. Used WireShark to capture packet details and received "Bad Checksum Error". Updated driver and disabled TCP Offloading on both servers which resolved error.

2. Rebooted all Cisco routers as the servers replicate over a VPN.

3. Rebooted all Dell Powerconnect switches.

4. Confirmed that we can telnet between both servers over port 3030 by IP Address and Name.

5. When testing replication within Solidworks Administrator all tests show successful.

6. Updated EPDM from Solidworks 2011 to 2012 SP0

7. Changed SQL database user accounts from SA to see if it was an issue with default account.

8. Firewalls on these machines have been disabled.
