templates and default number settings

i am constantly frustrated with having to continually change rad on fillets to 6 and extrude to 12 (we do alot of CNC machining).  Id like to set that as default-how do you do it?  its small and trivial but would save time and clicks.

 

I opened .SLDDOT and checked properties but this isnt the right place.......
