I constantly find myself changing the scale of drawings so that the drawing views fill the space better.  I've just switched to SW2011 (from SW2007) and now every time I change the sheet scale, I get this pop-up info box:

In SW2007, I only got that pop-up when I already had notes & other annotations on my drawing.  Now I'm getting it without without any notes, dimensions, balloons or anything at all!  It's very annoying!  Is it possible to turn this pop-up off?
