I ran across something like this. From the hide/show items button (glasses at top center of screen), try turning on the Annotations button ("A" with a finish symbol). Unfortunately, this turns on a bunch of other stuff sometimes that you don't want to see. I was actually digging around on this exact subject. I'm considering writing an Enhancement Request to separate show cosmetic threads to a separate button. [Someone please correct me if there is another way to show them.]
Hi
That's correct size of thread and also all annotation selected however the cosmetic thread not displayed.
It is part file.
Look at S-055905 in the knowledge database. Here is an excerpt:
There are four options which control whether or not a part’s cosmetic threads display in an assembly:
1. All Annotations: View menu > All Annotations
2. Cosmetic Threads: Right click on Annotations folder > Details > Cosmetic threads checkbox
3. Display Annotations: Right click on Annotations folder > Display Annotations
4. Use assembly settings for all components: Right click on Annotations folder > Details > Use assembly settings for all components checkbox
Please note that in order to control the display of cosmetic threads of parts in an assembly using the "Cosmetic Threads" option, the "Use assembly settings for all components" options needs to be turned on. See the attached spreadsheet which shows if the cosmetic threads will be shown or hidden with different combinations of the four options.
