I am having a serious issue with my PDM vault, all permissions are fine, except when i go to make a new vault the following error occures.
i have tried resetting user permissions and i am using the administrator log in to create the vault, still no luck.

Check the Archive Server log for error messages (RMB on computer name in admin tool) and also look at client error log.
Can you ping the archive server?
Can you create a vault with a different name?
Are you normally connected to a domain network and now you're not?
