We are looking for a senior SolidWorks designer to lead and manage the work of our in-house CAD design team.
The role includes assigning projects to our four designers, liaising with the production and sales departments, recruiting and training SolidWorks designers, setting up internal procedures, SAP administration, as well as sourcing parts from external vendors and suppliers. The daily duties will be approximately split between 30% CAD modeling and 70% managing the team and the department.
The ideal candidates will have an excellent knowledge of SolidWorks (at least 5-6 years professional experience), great understanding of furniture frame construction and be a natural leader with proven track record of management experience.
