This started occurring right after I upgraded my desktop to 2012.

The web page referenced above does not exist for me.

I had our IT department to update the license manager but it still does not work.

What is next to check?

There is not a log file in C:\Users\dnicholas\Documents\SW Log Files

I am running solidworks premium.

I have attached a file of the license borrowing tab of the license manager and it shows that i have 2 standard lic with 0 available.

There currently is not anyone using the software.
