Thanks for your response Troy. This is how I've done it in the past but I figured why waste all this rendering time to produce these colored images when I'm just going to convert it to grayscale. Thanks again.
I would be more concern with the Materials than the colors, Material Finish is what takes most of the rendering time.
Should take less than a minute to turn it into grayscale:
This can be done after rendering with most image packages like Photoshop or XnView (freeware) using convert to grey scale.
