I'm new to Solidworks. The tutorials are great for do this, then do this, then do that and presto you drew your first part. I need a book that tells me what the basic philosophy. What is the 3D world versus the sketch world. Why do you switch between them. What are objects called in the 3D versus 2D world.
All the textbooks I run across on Amazon seem to be of the do this do that genre.
