2012 for XP and 64 bit question.

According to the downloads section, SolidWorks 2012 SP0 is available of Windows XP.

I have previously read that SolidWorks were dropping support for XP with the release of 2012.

I would like to hear what the situation is, as I have an SPR fixed in the new 2012 but currently run XP.

The 64 bit question is the one most people seem to think is not fixed.

I would like to move up to Windows 7 64 bit to make use of the extra ram as I run quite a few packages at once.

I'm sure the Solidworks corporate stand point is that it works, my current VAR seems to think so, but having seen the 64bit version crashing on courses with my last VAR, I am not happy to make the move.
