Assuming everything is constrained except the relative rotation of the lobed parts, I'd relate them with a gear mate using a 4:5 ratio. Be sure that the lobes are correctly aligned before applying the mate.
You can also just do a move with physical dynamics enabled.

Was you able to get mechanical relationship between pressure ( and/or flow rate) and torque in the shaft, speed, power etc?
Is it really possible these simulations in SW?
