Connecting service to vault on NAS Drive through router.

I am unable to connect to the vault in our when setting up Workgroup PDM. The control panel service will not start because the computer running the PDM service cannot communicate with the vault on the NAS drive. The NAS and all of our computers are connected through a router. Our support specialist is stumped.

 

The router is a Linksys WRT54GS and the NAS drive is a Thecus N4100PRO.
