does SW heat transfer feature have provsion for ambitant air or water temp and flow?

Can say "I got a 1ft steel pipe at 70degress F and at one end it is at 200 degrees, and it is in air at 50 degrees blowing at 2mph from the west?

Or how a "Flow" where I have a hollow pipe set vertically in air or water, and the amibitant temp of air or water is 50 degrees, but the pipe is at 200 degrees and I want to kown how much flow that will generate.   Maybe the pipe is in a 'room' of certain size rather than in infinate SW space.
