Hi,

I am trying to bottle a threaded bottle and cap...The bottle looks great but I am struggling on the cap.

I have a thread made from a sweep feature of a helix and pierced shape. This sweep feature is a separate body than the cap and I need to do a nondestructive subtraction to remove the threads located outside of the cap. I tried to use indent cut with the "target body" as the thread and the "tool" as the cap, but I keep getting a rebuild error saying "indent cannot handle this case. Please try different geometry or enter a smaller clearance value."

I used indent cut successfully on a similar design but this time it's just NOT working, i can't seem to figure out why?! I would really appreciate some insight about what I am doing wrong...! Thanks in advance -R
