Is there any way to change the template for an existing part/assembly?  I basically just want to be able to change the part properties so that they will populate for a new drawing template.  I've tried the macro that's been posted ( http://gupta9665.wordpress.com/2009/08/21/how-to-change-sw-file-system-options/ ) and got it to work, but it doesn't affect the part properties.  I also did the insert a part within a new part method, but then of course I can't edit/change the actual part.  BTW, I'm running SW 2011 SP 4. 

I've searched the forums pretty thoroughly for an answer to this but nothing works quite right.  Does anyone have a good way to do this?
