I am a Machine Tool Educator and I teach SolidWorks, I would like to get a desk copy of SolidWorks Productivity Tools Step-By-Step (W/CD) book and use it as a training manual in an instructor-led, classroom environment. If I like it if I will buy the book , but with funds being the way they are I hate to buy the book and not be able to use it to train my advance students better, I all ready have students passing the CSWA exam, but I would like to see if I can use this book before I buy.
Can anyone give me any advice who to contact, I tried customer service at the store sight. But all that I can find in this link, is a login screen.
Any advice?
Hi James
The table of contents is here http://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/1519_ENU_HTML.htm
There are some free tutorials created by a machine show teacher at www.solidworks.com/tutorials. Download the .pdf with the tic-tac-toe picture at the bottom of the page.
Also, for educators there are many free projects and tutorials on the SolidWorks customer portal www.solidworks.com/customerportal. Look in the Educator Resources page.

Marie
