Installation error 1933

Hi,

I am trying to install SW 2011, but installation gets error 1933. My operating system - Win XP 32bit. By microsoft support i know that is Windows file protection error. I think windows does not let to change some .dll files. I tryed to install higher internet information server version, but it doesn't works. Can anybody help me?

Check the solution offered in SoldiWorks Knowledge Base "Solution Id: S-046831"

Answer:

Check the verbose install log. There will be a similar entry before the error message entry:
"Protected file - requesting installation by SFP: c:\windows\system32\olepro32.dll"

Check for this file on the system. The error is given when either this file is not of the correct version or this file is missing. Copy the file from a system having the same configuration and register the file using command prompt. Now run the installation.
