I'm using SW 2010 SP4

I bend pipe and tube.  Often, I want to use a 3D sketch to make the part from a single sketch.  I generally use a weldment so I can get the cutlength to use in the bill of materials.  In this case, I want to have different configurations in the part file, and multiple drawing files (one part per drawing).  When using weldments, I've found that cutlength of all parts is reported by current configuration in the part file regardless of the configuration of the views in the drawing file.

I'm trying to use a thin-wall sweep instead of a weldment.

Solidworks fails to dimension the angles of the bends and the arc lengths of the bends.  I get bogus values like 270° instead of 90° for angles.  The extension lines are in wrong locations.  Arc lengths may be the on the supplementary angle instead of the measured angle.  Sometimes the arc length is actually the cord length.

Can anyone help me get the proper dimensions and total length of these different configurations to show up properly?

Thanks,

Dave
