Limited-Length Bend on a Part

Hello,

I am trying to create a bend in a sheet metal component that only affects a specified length of the part.  I cannot figure out how to limit the length of the bend that is applied to the part.  Is there a way to specify a certain distance of the bend length about the bend axis.  The circled portion of the part is what I am trying to bend 180° on each side of the bend line (assuming the bend line to be perpendicular to and centered relative to the length of the flange, so that the resulting bend forms the flange into a circle).

Currently, the SolidWorks simply won't execute the bend.  I previously was able to insert the bend when there were no other bends or features (forming tools) interfering with the line sketched for the bend axis.  However, the bend that was executed was executed for the entire length of the part, and not just the desired flange.  Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Lee
