I want to create a mold for the frame attached. Please help me with this. If possible please upload the mold you create for this so I can go through the steps of it & learn.
Molded parts need to be designed with draft in the line of draw/ejection, which this part does not have.
Yes, this part does not have a draft angle.
Thx for the tip!
I'd suggest you open Help and go through the Mold design tutorials first. Then you can ask specific questions when you get stuck.
May be I'll do the tutorial once again , yes, it did help me a lot!
Once you have a part that is properly designed for being molded, you will need more information before you can design the mold. First and foremost, you need to know the shrinkage. Molds are not design the same size as the actual finished part model, the part model must be scaled up to account for shrinkage. So you will need to know what material the part will be molded out of, and what the shrinkage will be. Next up you will need to know what press or presses this mold will run in and the various specs of those presses such as tonnage, minimum mold stack height, max mold stack height, max daylight, tie bar spacing, knock-out pattern, knock-out tie-in's. Then there is gating...one gate, two gates, gate locations, tab gate, fan gate, lap gate, sub gate, sub gate into post or tab, cashew gate, hot runner with valve gates, hot runner with low vestige gates, three plate style mold/gating, etc. Does the mold need to be "in the solid" or "inserted"? What type of waterline connections are need?
What you are asking is for someone to give you several hours worth of work (for some people, several days) for nothing. Mold design is not something that is typically done for free. What you're asking for isn't really learning/teaching, it's having someone else do your work for you.
