CSWP-SMTL sample

A question: Is everything allright with the newest smtl sample? I don''t get correct answers on 5th and 6th question though I check every dimension, constant and factor... I was going to take the exam tommorow but now I hesitate if I'm proper prepared.

To Deepak: See the attachment for the file with solution. I hope you will point me where I was wrong but if it appears that I was not than I think smebody was drunk while making this simple sample (since when "mass" is beeing described in "mm^2" ?)

Welcome to SolidWorks forums Jacob.

Can you upload the files to check? Also how much is the variation? The K-factor has changed in question number 4 and same applies for question number 5.

The sample exam says "Bounding Area" and not "Mass". So units in the answers is correct.

Now since I can't open your files but can say that if your answer is in +/- 5-10%, it should be OK. Also check if you used the correct K factor.

Yeah, unfortunately SW doesn't give an option to save files in previous software version. Hopeless. Thank you for your help Deepak, but there is the question in 6th in the example going: "What is the mass of the part (mm^2)?" and the answer goes: "6. 139.08 grams +/-0.50 grams" It seems to be something wrong... but anyway for me it doesn' matter any longer since I took the exam today and I suucceded with 100% accuracy as a result, so Jeff Ray has another brick in the wall...
