It could be a Bandwidth/Latency problem.

Are they located on a Network drive?

I created a bunch of standard parts that work great, when they work. There are multiple configs of each part. They drag and drop and mate fine. Then when it works it asks you which config you want (drop down menu by the config name). When it doesn't you get an hourglass and a not responding. Any thoughts?
