I've got a weld symbol problem... everything on the weld symbol dialog box is grayed out (see attached).  The "help" file says I can insert a weld symbol into a drawing, but in typical fashion, it doesn't say how.  PLEASE, PLEASE don't tell me I have to put welds into all my assemblies....  I've got 54 drawings to make by Wednesday... Is there a setting I have to change to get the symbols to work?  Also, I'm having trouble with the units setting.  Our CAD Standard uses fractional cimensions at 1/16" precision.  I set the "Fractions" in the "Units" option to 16, but now SW is rounding all my fonts off to 1/8" height, and we need 3/32".  How do I change that?  SW R2010, SP0.  Thanks.
