On a user's workstation I am trying to connect to the new license manager server. I add the new server to the list and remove the old, but when I go to the License Usage screen, the old server is still shown and it errors out saying it can't connect.
We have four installations of Solidworks and the others connect just fine.
Whats the best way to get this workstation to take the new setting? Un/reinstall? Is there a registry entry that isn't getting changed?

Best might be to stop the server (the license manager service on the server), close all the SolidWorks session, set the new server on the user's machine and shutdown. Now start the server and run the SolidWorks on user's machine.
Also check if there is any firewall causing the issue.
