Does anyone have a solution for having the BOM item No., Balloon No. & the Cutlist item No all matching?
Also in the BOM, I have a "Weight" column with a function that multiplies the quantities by the weight of a single item, for some reason I have to do this for each single row. When I try to create this process for the whole column at the header, every row shows the value as the function and not the final numeric result.

Right after I posted my question yesterday, I found a possible answer posted by Christopher Casanovas on Jun-29, 2010. But I've yet to put it in practice, I'm having some difficulty in achieving results.
I have a part file with 35 bodies listed as 1, 2, 3, and so on. But on the drawing, the item numbers generated by the BOM and the balloon numbers (which are the same as the BOM) are different from the model cutlist. I want the cutlist item numbers from the model to propagate to the drawing BOM.
There has to be a way to do this.

I'm afraid I don't understand your first question. Since a BOM lists parts and a Cutlist lists bodies within a part I don't see how their balloons can match. If you mean that you want a balloon on a drawing view of a single part to match the item number in a BOM, that can be accomplished by RMBing on the drawing view, going to Properties, and tying the drawing view to a specific BOM. The process is similar for bodies in a Cutlist. If that doesn't help you may need to clarify your question.
