you can use task scheduler. Choose export file, and save as *.dxf
Look at http://swtools.cad.de/us_index.htm and see if PAC4SWX would work for you. We've used it for quite a while & it will do multiple files & be able to save out as a DXF fie. Works with 2011 and earlier versions as well. It has a full version trial to try & then its 70 euro to buy but its payed for itself several times over in time savings.

You can also use a macro that will open up each drawing from a specified folder, open, save as DXF and close it.
