I'm new to this school and they asked me to get this installed in one of the labs.  I believe that the previous IT person attempted it but could never get it to work.  I can see the network dongle is on the back on the server and it wasn't being recognized so I attempted the front with the same results.  I can see the the license Administrator was installed on it along with the .lic file.  When I attempt to start up the program on the client machine I receive the above error message. 

I un-installed the license administrator from the server in hopes to re-install it and then get the Error parsing XML: Entitlement.  I found a place that says to disconnect the server from teh network and then attempt to install the program. 

Is there anything else that I can try to get this program working?  When I looked at the lic file it looks like the we may be expired.  This is a piece of the license file:

INCREMENT swofficepremium SW_D 17.0 26-feb-2011 45 OVERDRAFT=0 \

SUPERSEDE ISSUED=21-apr-2010
