Are the sketches hidden in the feature manager under these parts?
Maybe you need to RC on them in the feature manager and select "Show".
This worked for me!!! They were displayed in the assembly but once I put the assembly into a drawing, they were gone and I could not figure out why. I had to access them in the feature tree from the drawing side and "Show" the sketch that was attached to the main planar feature.
I doubt if that will show up in the drawing though decal will. You might have to insert that again in drawing.
Can you post some images?
I may have misunderstood what you were talking about when I first posted.
Are you talking about a sketch that is used to create a feature? or a jpg
type image? like what is done in rendering.
I inserted a jpeg into a sketch on a part. That part is part of an assembly.
The sketch picture does not show up when inserted into a drawing, and when I bring up the assy, the sketch picture is not there either, until I open the part.
Here is the assy when first opened:

When inserted into a drawing, it comes up blank as well.
I am not sure that it is supposed to.
Are you needing it in the drawing just to show it or are you needing to trace something?
I ask because if you need to trace something you are best bringing it in as a png file
and increase the transparency of it.
While I have no experience with photoshop 360 I would believe that if this was inserted at that
level it would show up in the drawing.
