When opening files from within my EPDM vault, an error massage pops up stating that "Library not Registered"

If i then accept the error a second error message pops up stating

Error open the file

Error - 0x8002801D

Description - 'Library not Registered'

This still allows the part to open, but when checking the file back in to the vault it causes SolidWorks to crash.

We recently upgraed to EPDM 2011 SP4 but remain on SolidWorks 2010 SP2.

Does anyone out there has some suggestions?
