I can add a olet to a pipe but i can not make the olet to move to a dimension i add. When I add a dimension to place the olet it says it is over defind and won't move. Plus I use angles for olet that are not 0, 90, 180 or 270 I use 45, 35 and 20 degs up.
How do I do this?

Did you tried using planes to place the Olet? Make sure it didn't got fixed or it has a different mate that might be conflicting.
If you can post the file, someone might set them up for you.

What works for me is using a distance mate on the Pipe level for actual determining the place of the olet in reference to another element/plane/point. With pipe level I mean open up the asm on the pipe level and edit it there.
Concerning the angles:
What I do is draw a construction line in the route sketch and then exit the sketch and mate the Olet axis to the construction line. With that you can make the angle whatever you want and also dimension the center of the Olet of the end of the pipe.

We insert the olet into the route itself. In the pic we insert the vertical construction line first. Then add the olet pipe line and make it perp. to the header line. You can then add the angle. Then add the second construction line, make it perp. to the header line and make it 90deg from the olet pipe line. Now when you add the olet at the endpoint at the header it inserts as shown. And no, it doesn't break the header pipe.
It's even easier if there isn't an angle needed.
I don't know if the solidworks olet works this way but ours does. I'll attach it if you want to try it.
