Can I get the sketches for hole positions and delete the holes themselves?

Good morning everyone:

I am doing a job whereby I have a ton of small Solidworks part files that were made from importing another program's info.  When I use Feature works all the holes (a LOT of them!) are coming in as Legacy holes.  My client wants all these files converted so that they have proper features, and all the legacy holes need to be re-done using the Hole Wizard.  Is there a way to delete the legacy holes out of the part but keep the sketches that show their locations?  Otherwise I'll have to make a drawing and dimension everything to properly locate the newly-made Hole Wizard holes....that would take a lot of time and I'm thinking there's got to be an easier way to approach this.  Thanks in advance for any informed replies!
