I am modeling this "donut" part and it needs a threaded hole that runs parallel with the horizontal plane, but it goes through the lower part of the overall piece.  I have no idea how to do this, as in order to use the Hole Wizard, the hole must be placed on the physical surface...except then the axis of the hole doesn't lie "flat horizontally" like I need it to.  In the Slidworks part, I have placed a sketch on a plane, with a point that represents the axis of where the threaded hole needs to be.  I have attached the Soldworks part file as well as the ACAD drawing that I am following.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance!
