Does anyone know why the SLDBGDWLD.EXE process would trigger a Symantec Tamper Protection Alert on a Widnows 2008 server with version 12.1 of Symantec Endpoint Protection installed?

The text of the symantec tamper protection alert is:

SYMANTEC TAMPER PROTECTION ALERT

Target: C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.671.4971.105\Bin\ccSvcHst.exe

Event Info: Create Process

ActionTaken: Blocked

Actor Process: C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\COMMON FILES\SOLIDWORKS INSTALLATION MANAGER\BACKGROUNDDOWNLOADING\SLDBGDWLD.EXE (PID 8236)
