Hello everyone, I am a student and will be expirementing with the student version for the year the license is good. I plan on pulling a machine I use for Photoshop into Solidworks duties,I ask for a performance evaluation, here are the specs (OH yes I overclock). i7-930@4.05GHz,FX3800,currently 6gb Corsair Dominator 1600RAM 320GB Seagate Baracuda HDD,ASUS P6X58D-Preminum,watercooled. I think all is well exept I should double the RAM. .I must wait 2 more weeks for my CAD graphic card and my student version but it will happen.I hope this system is good enough as there is no money to buy something different. The collegue selling me the graphics card said he used it in with Solidworks before. Thanks to all that took the time to give me an evaluation.
