you would have to do it in smaller sections, just as they would make a real hull of a ship.
It's call plank on frame construction. That is how a friend made the plugs for Magic Craft boats did it.
sometimes you have to model the way they are built to make it work for you.
hum.. do you have or know where I can get some info for a beginer? I'm not looking for the calcs, like the water line, beam, displacement, center of bouancy, just learn how to model a speedboat hull and have the flats.
