Hi Guys. I need to perform a bulk check-in with WorkGroup PDM. It failed. What do I do next? Attached find the log file.
The SW KB says to check the lifecycle permissions of the admin user (logged into the vault admin tool).
I have found that many times I have to be logged in as pdmwadmin, even though logged in as me I have total control of the vault and actually the server as well
That is correct because the bulkcheck in is in the admin tool.
Stephen is right about the lifecycles, partially. I remember running into this
with my old job but I don't remember exactly what portion of the lifecycles
it was. I remember there being a setting in the lifecycles and once that was
set it worked. I contacted my VAR and they helped me through it.
If I could see an image of the lifecycles page from the admin tool,
I might remember what it was. Unfortunately I do not have access to workgroup.
