Chris, it doesn't apear that you have shadows turned on. This can make a lot of differance to realism.
Lovely assembly though. Should look great when finished!!

That's a damn fine assembly. Are you rending it using the photoworks buffer?

Looks good. You know what you're doing.
Trying running your animation with these settings. (Using photoworks rendering)
Resoution (Custom) : 720 x 486 (aka pixel ratio)
FPS: 30
Compression: 100%
Key frame: 1
Anyone else who could use this info, here ya go.
This is what I use for our marketing videos per our video guy. It works great.!

Should I be able to get a better animation than this out of Animator. Seems very "rough around the edges".
Using 2006 4.1, Nvidia Quadro FX 1400
Do you animate it mowing the lawn?
