8 gp ram, 1000 gp external storage device. more than 500 components, more than 200 mates.
What is your processor speed?
Also, when you say external storage do you mean over a network?

Try downloading the files to your machine and see if it is any better.
Upgrade your network speed to 1gbps.
Even we kept model in system harddrive also there is no speed.
Is that 500 individual components in the Assembly? If so, putting some of them into sub-assemblies may dramatically improve performance.
30 subassemble. Each have 50 components.
Download the files locally.
Use the Large Assembly mode settings.
Use Speedpak sub-assys.
We did all works. there is no use.
Also what video card and video driver since you mentioned the issue is with moving. I am assuming you are talking about video display, moving parts on the screen.
We have all things (nvidia) more than what soild work suggested .

What is the size of your assembly in MB
If by "more than SWorks suggests" you mean you have a newer graphics card driver, it could be part of the problem. A newer driver may not work as well as the one suggested. The latest approved driver can be obtained from the SolidWorks Customer Portal / Hardware site.
You will need to give a bit more info. Full system specs, solidworks version, assembly size with number of mates etc etc.
