How can i disable automatic rebuild in a Part (not assembly)... I have a part with so many different features and patterns and even a small addition to it or change somewhere up the tree takes forever..

I'd like it to only do this when i ask it to... help pls?

(i have supressed as much i can but its still so slow - it does not help)

dragging the bar up the tree does not help either...
