I'm using edrawings as the viewer in SmarTeam. How can I disable the Save and Send toolbar buttons, and the hyperlinks at the bottom of the window?

No one else has this question

  In the intance of edrawings that SmarTeam pulls up when the user selects the viewer tab.
  
  It would nice to control by group, but I would be happy enough to disable it for all.

    You may have to look at third party software called Curtain e-locker.

    Ok, since SmarTeam is a PTC product, then you are probably better
    served going on one of their forums instead of this one.
