I am doing a hydraulic hose assembly with routing in solidworks 2011 sp4 and I'm running into an issue. When i am in the sketch of my route, the preview looks perfect but when I exit the sketch the hose diameter grows and it gives me a hose bigger than my hose coupling. I have checked all the settings and I can't figure this one out. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?
I had similar problems when we upgraded. Have you checked the individual parts to make sure the connection points are the size you want?
Yes, all route segment prooperties are correct and the connection points are correct. As i said, everything is perfect on the sketch preview but when i exit the sketch it grows. I did not have this problem in SW2010.
If you want to attach the parts I can see if I get the same problem.
It appears to me that the "route properties" are not correct for that "r point". Go into the sketch and right click the sketch line, then route properties. Check the configuration of the line there.
