I want to copy files from folder A to folder B Check in the file automatically by Dispatch.
Copyfile is Success, but Check in is failure(No Check in).
Then you sholud put it all in one dispatch...
I tested this by adding files to one folder... they are checked in, copied & checked in again....
Hello Gu Chao,
I think I have a clue... I have had issues with using comands like "Right(%...%,x)" within other statements so now I create a variable using (variable = Right(...) and then use the variable in the IF statement.
Besides, you have a double test here that is not needed.
Your condition of "Path: %\B\%.pdf" and "IF Right(%Name....) = pdf"
I would suggest removing your two "Jump" statements or creating a variable for use in the IF command and try again.
Do you mean like this?
But still failed to check in.
Newly added files from outside the Vault can automatically check in, but the copy file can not check in within the Vault
And I just created a simple checkin myself and it worked perfectly...
Have you checked that there is a category / workflow set for this folder & the user has permission to add files to the folder? You can create a simple check by temporaily setting this action to a menu command to see if it will work as a user action.
Newly added files from outside the Vault can automatically check in, but I mean the copy file can not check in within the Vault. These files are copied with the Dispatch.
