I currently have a workstation that runs Windows 7 32-bit OS, has 2 - dual core processors, 4GB of RAM and a NVIDIA Quadro FX 580 Graphics card. Parts seem to load really slow. Which component would be best to upgrade that would allow solidworks to run quicker?

Make sure you search the forum as there are a lot of threads relating to slow performance and what can affect it.
The basic rule is that the CPU is king. Posting the clock frequency (speed) of your processor will give us an idea of how fast you should be running. Also, what kind of parts are you opening? Is it every part that loads slow? is it only parts with more than 100 or 200 features? Are the parts being loaded across a network or are they saved locally? Those are the first questions I would start asking.
