I create "centerline" on each part (.prt file), can I use the centerlines to in the asm file to do concentric??
the mate you are looking for is coincident, not concentric. see asttached.
If the parts are concentric, then it is simple, simply lock together a plane from each part that intects the axis of rotation. If the axis of rotation for each part is different, you can create two planes for each part (either offset or not) that create the axis of rotation for each part, then lock a plane from each part.
Just create an assembly with your two parts. Add a "Coincident" mate between the 2 axes, then add one more coincident mate between the 2 surfaces of the "foot" and the "lower" that touch each other.
