Hi Alessandro,
Break it up into 3 or 4 fill surfaces and then you can do a G1 patch. Fill is a magical tool but it is not that magical To do the complete boundary with one Fill is not possible because of the ambiguity that it presents because of the wide variation of tangency change.

Hi Mark,
thank you for the suggestions.
Before to fill, I need extend for 5 mm for mold blades, then fill.
Sincerely the fill surface create bad surface and I can't send to the CAM.
I asked to my friend that have other CAD and I attach the result.
Problems are two :
1) Extend open loop to 5 mm (white surface), then...
2) Patch minimal in G1 (green surface)
Which tools do you suggest me to extend and find the better position for extra curve ?
Hi,
In my working practice, I use extend surface/ ruled surface/ loft/boundry surface or combination of these to extend surfaces.
make sure during using Loft and boundry change end condition as per need " tangency to face/ curvature to face".
Also during filled surface use points in constraint curve to get desired shape.
see the attached model. might this will help.

Hi Kumar,
very good work.
Two questions :
1) How have you understand / decided to cut the surface in that place ?
2) How to find and position all those points ? I don't think you have positioned random.
Thank you again,
Alessandro
Hi Alessandro,
thanks for your comments..
My inputs against your question.
1) How have you understand / decided to cut the surface in that place ?
I found this during creating 5mm extension of surface and I think its just a experience and hit & trail method.
2) How to find and position all those points ? I don't think you have positioned random.
Again I say that I put these points randamoly as per your referenced pic.. One thing which I noticed that points must be placed at such postion which help to surfaces to
flow as per need.
