ADmin log shows: swactwiz.exe,auto,Result: already activated - SW Won't run

Hey folks,


W7x64, SW2010 SP4.0



     I have a situation where the IT admin gave a newer box to an engineer, he transferred the SW license properly from the older box, installed the same license to the newer box (certified card and all ).


     When launching SW the splash screen shows but then disapears and SW does not launch, this is being done from an admin image, and the log file shows activated (twice) the another line for each time we try and launch SW that states


     /primprod:solidworks /auto"

     Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  My next step is to uninstall and reinstall, but of course we cannot transfer the license since we cannot launch SW, (I've already tried to wipe the registery and start fresh with no help from that)
