Out of 15 users, I have one guy whose search function is not working. He has same machine as many others. Sometimes it works. Most of the time, it doesn't.

Anything he search inside vault using Find / Search... option, it says 0 matches found. He can see everything inside vault, just that search do not find that item.
What if any search paths does he have setup in his vault options?

I am having this same issue. find / search option in the vault window has always worked fine for me. Now, it can't find a file even if I search the project that file is located in, and the project only contains that file.
Nothing has changed for the other two users, their search still works fine.
Note, this problem is intermittent. Once in awhile it will work.

Sorry I do not remember how this issue got fixed for me.
Try Validate vault option through admin window.
Check the vault size. You may need to archive things if it has become too big.
If nothing works, reinstall SW and PDM. I personally hate this option.

This might be a long shot but make sure that the "Ignore Case" radio button is ticked. I've seen some users leave this unticked and getting the same results as you see....

What path exactly is he not seeing? The entire vault?
Is this a pathing internal to SW issue? Can you be more exact?
